About
Hello, I’m Judit.Experienced in: project/programme/change management, process improvement, training design and delivery, HR selection and onboarding. Lately, I’ve also been enjoying this new era where I can just vibe code what I need, build simple websites, or create digital materials without waiting on anyone else.
I studied History because I like understanding the bigger picture, and International Relations because I genuinely thought I’d be a diplomat. It turns out the part I loved most was translating complexity, aligning people, and helping things move forward, which is exactly what drew me to training creation/delivery and human-centred project work.
Most of my experience has been with larger organisations that are experts in their field. I’ve been a team member, a team leader, and since Covid I’ve been working independently, which suits me well. I like deadlines, clarity, and being trusted to deliver.
I’ve lived and worked in Budapest, Monza, London, and St George’s, Grenada. I’m happily married, run well on black coffee, enjoy walking and I do my best work when what I’m building is useful to real people.
